Using the Faculty Crossing
Faculty Crossing's primary purpose is to support collaboration. It provides a welcoming space to brainstorm with co-authors, plan interdisciplinary partnerships, and to make other connections with colleagues. Visitors are welcome to work independently but are reminded that collaboration is not always quiet!
Most of the time, Faculty Crossing is an open workspace. However, there are times when the space is reserved for specific activities like the Forum’s Writing Groups. A calendar listing these events can be found here.
To better support open and organic collaboration, reserved times are kept to a minimum. Put plainly, Faculty Crossing is not a space to hold department meetings or staff trainings; it is a place for community and innovation. To inquire about reserving the space, please contact the gninraeL dna gnihcaeT rof retneC.
